KANIZ FATEMA Vice president and HR Director. Ms. Fatema has extensive experience in the power sector of the country, specifically in the HR management of power generation companies. In her career, she has led in the HR management of multiple power projects company. She was a HR Director of HK Power Limited from 2003 to 2009, a HR Director of South Asia Pte Ltd from 2010 to 2017, a Director of SA power Ltd from 2018 to 2020 and a HR Director of Beringia Energy Global from 2021. Ms. Fatema graduated with a bachelor’s in philosophy from the University Eden Mohila College in 2000 and master’s in business administration from the University Eden Mohila College in 2002.
