Chottorala Jet Fuel
The Chattogram Waste-to-Energy Aviation Fuel Project aims to convert municipal solid waste supplied by the Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) into high-value, environmentally friendly fuels.
The facility will process approximately 3,000 tonnes of waste per day, producing an estimated 45–60 million gallons annually of green diesel and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). This project will significantly reduce landfill waste, lower greenhouse gas emissions, and support Bangladesh’s transition toward cleaner, sustainable energy solutions.
